I、Documents needed for applying for study visa

1、The form of "visa application for study in China”（which can be downloaded from the website of our university：www.wfkjxy.com.cn）

2、Scanned passport

3、Diploma（If necessary,it must be notarized by Chinese Embassy）

4、Personal study and work experiences

5、A brief introduction to family members.

II、Procedure of study application in WeiFang University of Science and Technology

1、Overseas students download "visa application for study in China”, and fill in it correctly. Then send it with other documents to International Cooperative and Exchange Office of our university by E-mail（xueyuanwaishichu@163.com; xueyuanwaishichu@yahoo.cn）.

2、After communicating with each other, remit money to designated account of International Cooperative and Exchange Office(expenses for studying application in China and express mail).

3、We post “Visa application for study in China”and “Admission Notice” to overseas students.

4、Overseas students handle study visa in Chinese embassy abroad with sent-you  materials.

5、Register and pay the fees concerned at WeiFang Uniersity of Science and Technology.

III、Payment explanations for overseas students

Tuition:12000RMB per academic year,1400RMB/per month for short-term (less than half a year);

Accommodation fee:300RMB Per month;

The deposit for domitory: 1000RMB;

Insurance premium: 300RMB per year.

Fees for applying for study in China, admission registration, postage, medical examination in China and one-year residence permission add up to about 2200RMB.

For short-term overseas students, the tuition must be paid once and for all ;For long - term overseas students (longer than half a year),it must be paid off once half a year;The electricity fee and water fee must be paid according to the factual account consumed

IV、Accomodation conditions

Two students share one room which is furnished with TV set, fridge, air conditioner, Internet access, cookers and beddings.
