University insists on principle of taking scientific research as priority ,boosting teaching with scientific research all the time. Nearly within 5 years, 37 scientific research projects have been approved by Ministry of Education, Chinese Vocational Education Association, provincial Natural Science Foundation, provincial Planning Commission, provincial Department of Education, provincial Science and Technology Department. 29 scientific achievements get city-level rewards. 89 works and textbooks of our own  have been published, and 4 inventions win national patents. 1112 academic theses have been published among which 133 of them are published by core journal in the homeland and 29 are included by SCI, EI and ISTP . University has set up 6 research institutes such as ecology and plant protection research institute, vegetable flowers and plants research institute, fine chemicals research institute, analytical spectrum research institute, vocational education research institute, Jia Sixie agriculture research institute etc.. Jia Sixie agriculture ideological sphere begins to have it’s own characteristic in regionally culture.
